How to unblock user
You can always unblock user by doing the following:
Go to Profile on the main screen > Find the 'Blocklist' section in the list > Choose user you want to unblock and tap on the “Unblock” button.

You can report inappropriate users by clicking on “Report” button at the top right corner while you are matched with them.

We block accounts to keep Aveola safe for everyone. A block is permanent (account removal). Some blocks are triggered automatically by our safety systems; others are placed by human moderators after review.
