Payments

Delivery
We will send you a link to the mobile application immediately upon your payment is processed, but in any case within up to 24 hours following payment.
Our Terms of Service (the “Terms”) constitute a contract between you and us, which governs your use of our service.
The Terms are of indeterminate duration, however you may terminate them at any time by deleting your account. To do this, follow the instructions available in the Settings of our mobile application or contacts us via email.
You will continue to have access to the service by the end of your billing period. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused services. If you use a third party payment account such as Apple’s App Store or iTunes Store, as applicable or the Google Play Store, you will need to manage in app purchases through such an account to avoid additional billing. We may terminate your account at any time without notice if we believe that you have violated these Terms. Upon such termination, you will not be entitled to any refund for purchases.

Digital Services
You may purchase additional services or materials to enhance your experience of using our product, and you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Exercise of the right of withdrawal
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us via email or otherwise of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. You may use the following Model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
The withdrawal right does not apply if the performance of the agreement has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal using the Model withdrawal form.
