Do not share private details like your phone number, email address, home/work address, or places you regularly visit with people you don’t know. Keep conversations on Aveola rather than moving to text, email, or other private messaging apps where safety tools and moderation may not protect you. Remember: Aveola provides reporting tools, automated safeguards, and human moderators to help keep you safe.

Do not share financial information or payment details

Do not share financial information or payment details with anyone you’re chatting with via messages or Lives on Aveola. Aveola is not a place for financial transactions and we have strict policies against scamming. Please report any users asking for money or financial information.

Provide accurate information about your age and identity

Misstating your age or identity puts you and others at risk. Aveola is 18+ and we do not tolerate false information. Please report users who misrepresent their age or anyone you believe is under 18.

Be aware that content you share on Aveola may be saved by others

Anything you share on Aveola may be viewed by people you interact with and could be saved on their device (e.g., via screenshots or screen recording). You can express yourself—photos, opinions, preferences—but think carefully before posting and remember others may capture your content.

Tell us immediately if you think your personal information has been compromised

Contact us if you believe your Aveola account was hacked or your personal information was stolen. We’ll work to restore your account’s security as quickly as possible.
