Payment and Delivery Information

Payments

You may purchase additional services or materials to enhance your experience of using our product. These additional services or materials are not required for our product to function and you may refuse to purchase them.

The detailed conditions under which you may purchase additional services or materials will be presented to you on the page where we offer such additional services or materials.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).

Delivery

We will send you a link to the Service immediately upon your payment is processed, but in any case within up to 24 hours following payment.

Contract and its termination

Our Terms of Service (the “Terms”) constitute a contract between you and us, which governs your use of our service.

The Terms are of indeterminate duration, however you may terminate them at any time by deleting your account. To do this, follow the instructions available in the Settings of our mobile application or contact us via email.

To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any unused services. If you use a third party payment account such as Apple’s App Store or iTunes Store, as applicable or the Google Play Store, you will need to manage in app purchases through such an account to avoid additional billing. We may terminate your account at any time without notice if we believe that you have violated the Terms. Upon such termination, you will not be entitled to any refund for purchases.

Handling of Complaints

If you have any claim or complaint regarding our product or service, you can contact us via email. We will consider your claim and attempt to find a satisfactory solution to it within up to 10 days. In the event disputes in connection with our contract with you, the European Commission provides a platform, facilitating the independent and out-of-court settlement of online disputes between European Union consumers and professionals, accessible at the following address: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a resident of the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from a contract for the purchase of digital services within 14 days of your purchase, without providing any reason and without incurring any additional costs.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at support@aveola.app stating your decision to withdraw from the contract. While you may use the model withdrawal form provided below, it is not mandatory. Your withdrawal request will be considered valid if sent before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If you have expressly consented to the immediate supply of the Service before the expiration of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you will lose your right to withdraw, you will not be eligible for a refund for any digital content that has already been delivered. In the case of digital services, you may be eligible for a proportional refund, based on the portion of the Service provided before your withdrawal request. If this provision applies, we will provide you with confirmation of your prior express consent and acknowledgment on a durable medium.
