1.1. This document ("TopUp Terms") explains how the Auto Top Up feature works and outlines the legal terms governing its use.
1.2. By enabling the Auto Top Up from your Aveola mobile application (“Aveola”), you agree to these Terms.
1.3. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these TopUP Terms and our Terms and Conditions, these terms apply to the Auto Top Up feature.
2.1. Auto Top-Up allows you to set a minimum balance threshold for your Aveola account. Once enabled, Aveola will automatically charge your selected and saved payment card in your local currency whenever your account balance falls below the chosen threshold.
2.2. All top-ups processed via the Auto Top-Up feature are subject to the same conditions as standard purchases, in accordance with the Purchase Terms in force at the time the Auto Top-Up transaction is processed.
You may activate Auto Top-Up by following these steps in the App:
1. In Buy Tickets section, tap the Activate button next to the Auto Top-Up
2. Select the threshold for the minimum balance of coins you wish to maintain
3. Review the Auto Top-Up details, including the top-up amount, price, and charging conditions, on the Google Play confirmation screen
4. Select your payment method via Google Pay (or use a previously saved payment method associated with your Google Play account)
5. Tap Subscribe to confirm
Once confirmed, Auto Top-Up will be activated, and charges will be processed automatically via Google Play whenever your ticket balance falls below the selected threshold, until you cancel.
4.1. By activating Auto Top-Up, you expressly authorise Aveola to automatically charge your selected payment card whenever your account balance falls below the minimum threshold you have set.
4.2. Each Auto Top-Up transaction will be processed automatically without further confirmation from you at the time of the charge
5.1. You may deactivate Auto Top-Up at any time by any of the following methods:
1. Tap the Auto Top-Up button and select Deactivate at the bottom of the page
2. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Review the message and tap Deactivate to confirm, or Cancel to keep Auto Top-Up active
3. Once confirmed, Auto Top-Up will be immediately deactivated, and no further automatic top-ups will be processed
6.1. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
